Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold
Uniherbs guarantees all products against defects for 14 days from the date of the invoice. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Uniherbs arising from any product sold on the Uniherbs web site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Uniherbs, its owners, employees and representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to any product sold.

None of our product statements have been evaluated by FDA. All our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Order acceptance Policy
Uniherbs reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return unopened items to us within10 days of purchase for a refund or exchange: a copy of your invoice must accompany all returns. We will refund your original purchase price less the actual shipping costs. If your order qualified for free shipping, your refund will be for the amount of the items(s) less the cost for us to ship the order to you. Price for returned items will be based on the actual price you paid according to our records. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, in unused re-saleable condition. Herbal products once opened are not returnable under any circumstances! We reserve the right to impose a 15% re-stocking charge. You must contact us prior to return, to obtain a return authorization number which must be written on the outside of the box and on your invoice enclosed with the returned items. When you obtain the authorization number, you will be given the proper address to send the returned item (s). We will not accept any package that does not have a return authorization number written on the outside of the box. You are responsible for all return shipping charges and insurance.
